Everything exceptional except for the bad experience with the captain at breakfast

Charming hotel and top-notch staff
An excellent stay at Casa 1810. The hotel has a lot of charm, an unbeatable location in the heart of San Miguel de Allende, and a spacious, clean, and very comfortable room. But undoubtedly, what makes the difference is the team. From the first moment, we felt very well taken care of. We want to especially highlight Alfonso, always attentive to help us with the luggage; the reception team, for their kindness and for helping us at all times with transfers, tours, and anything we needed; and Diana, who made every breakfast start in the best way. We also had a fantastic experience with the tequila tasting and pairing. The tequila master, along with the waiter and the chef, tailored the experience for us and made it one of those most special moments you remember from the trip. We leave with a magnificent memory of Casa 1810, not only because of the hotel, but especially because of the people who work there. An exceptional team and a highly recommended hotel in San Miguel de Allende.

We had a delightful day. The breakfast was delicious. We ate dinner all three times on the Apple level, twice outside

We had a wonderful stay at Casa 1810 in San Miguel de Allende! The hotel is beautiful, charming.
The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. We truly appreciated their hospitality and the care they put into making our stay special. Hotel location is 10/10. In the centre of everything yet so quiet. Welcome drink & snack was a pleasant surprise. Rooms are character, spacious, and comfortable. Quiet a/c available but we found opening the window was adequate. For our rate, breakfast was included and served between 8am-12pm. Portions were just right with coffee, and 2 a la carte choices with plenty of tasty Mexican and international choices. Service was excellent. Quiet rooftop dining room overlooking the hotel courtyard. Very tranquil and relaxing.

- • Some of the decor and furnishings were showing a little age but again, it is a character boutique hotel, not a 'business' traveler hotel, so you expect this. A fridge in the room would be very helpful.
