The hotel includes a beautiful wellness area with a nice pool, many saunas, and a great thermal pool fed by a thermal spring. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a choice of cosmetics and a coffee maker. The reception welcomes you with a smile and is helpful.

- • The food was of poor quality with limited selection. The staff was rude and impolite. The treatments were outdated. Not worth the money paid. It did not feel like a 5-star hotel in terms of service, staff, facilities, and food quality.

- • The food was terrible, with limited selection and poor quality. All the treatments offered were outdated and of poor quality. The staff was rude. The facilities were old. Not worth the high prices. After 7 o'clock, they turn off the big screen in the dining area, even though guests want to watch the World Cup football games.
