- • The worst was the breakfast. Apples were rotten in the basket, very limited selection of cold cuts and cheese, not replenished. The staff was slow, sweeping crumbs from the table onto chairs in front of guests and leaving them there. Quite unpleasant. I probably encountered a shift that didn't value their work there much... Otherwise, thin walls in the rooms so everything could be heard from 6 am...
The hotel can be recommended for a short stay. Parking without any problem right in front of the hotel

- • During our stay, the weather was exceptionally hot at 38 degrees, so mere room cooling (with a fan?) was futile 😣. Air conditioning is missing even though the hotel premises seem to have it. Restaurant opening hours from 4 pm 🤔?
Simply perfect!
There were many free parking spaces next to the hotel. A very well-kept park right behind the hotel and modern furnishings in the hotel. Simply perfect!

Pleasant Stay with Great Facilities and Spa
We stayed at this hotel in Karlovy Vary and had a pleasant experience. The hotel facilities are good, and both the jacuzzi and spa are very enjoyable. The breakfast was also good. It is conveniently located, about a 10-minute drive from the city center.

The hotel is outside the center and the bus connection suited us very well, friendly staff at the reception and everywhere clean

- • The gym has seen better days, it wasn't very clean and the equipment was old and non-functional. Breakfast was slightly delayed.
