I liked the location, very close to the center, the bed was very comfortable, I went alone, I felt comfortable and safe, Yusut the guy who runs the hostel helped me to communicate with those who picked me up for the hot air balloon ride, I hired a quad bike for a two-hour ride, they picked me up for the excursion and took me back to the hotel. I left happy and grateful

- • There were a lot of bed bugs. They didn't appear during the day, but at night they came out from the gaps and were crawling all over near the pillow. My wife had a fever in the past due to bed bugs, so she couldn't sleep and we had to change hotels urgently. The next day, we requested a refund for this reason, the staff said they would handle it on the spot, but asked us to contact them via WhatsApp. We sent messages and photos of the bugs, but didn't even get a read receipt. Even after contacting Booking.com customer service, they did not agree to a refund. Another puzzling point is that the toilet and shower room are combined, or rather, the shower head is inside the toilet, so if you take a shower, the toilet gets completely wet. Also, the toilet door is made of transparent glass, making it extremely awkward for two people to use it together. A typical case of you get what you pay for. It is very different from Japanese hotels that Japanese people are used to, so it's better not to use it.
