- • The pool was out of service, the bathroom smelled bad, the beds were very noisy, too much light entered the room, very little toilet paper, an elevator would be needed for the 3rd floor as it is very difficult and tiring with suitcases, there was only parking for 4 or 5 cars.

I liked its location, it is right in the center of Cabo San Lucas despite having read negative comments about the hotel, I was fortunate to stay in a spacious, comfortable, and clean room.

- • You have to leave a deposit or your ID and the hotel has humidity, the sink smells, the walls were dirty, the window glass was cracked, very simple doors, in general, the property and everything is old, it seems like it's going to fall apart. Nothing like the photos they uploaded.

- • On the last night, more guests arrived in the adjoining rooms, their conversations could be heard at bedtime, I would suggest making reminders or announcements informing not to disturb with noise at certain hours. Also, the staff should be more attentive to the guest when asking about the area as they know more than one.
