Residence is a standout
The Residence was a perfect home for our multi-generational trip to Cape Town. The residence is simply stunning and the three ensuite rooms were spacious and very well-appointed. The beds are so comfortable and were the best nights of sleep we had on the trip. The Residence comes with its own team and you'll be spoiled with chef-cooked breakfasts, daily laundry and both daytime and turndown housekeeping. There's even a private heated pool which our kids used (even in the middle of winter). Highly recommend - a private and spacious home with all the benefits of a boutique, 5-star hotel.

Boutique hotel with luxurious rooms- choose room away from street noise.
Beautiful hotel in Central Cape Town. The main areas are beautifully decorated, with a lounge, and bar. They include a sumptuous breakfast; afternoon tea; and canapés before dinner. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There is a Gym, and nice courtyard. The rooms are beautiful, with luxurious decor and a large bathroom and Tub. I would recommend a room on the top floor and further from the street as you can hear noise. They have a high end restaurant next door connected to the hotel, however limited in other nearby options that it is safe to walk to.

Poor communication left us with bad feelings about this hotel
This a lovely hotel. However the management is not up to the caliber of this property. We were given advice that was inappropriate as far as where to go to shop in town. Also we were told a car was available to take us to the waterfront but then were charged for the use of the car when we checked out. Even though we were charged for the use of the car we had to go out of our way to pick up other guests which doubled the time it took to get there. I wonder if they paid for the use of the car as well? Poor management left us feeling like we would not return to this hotel.

- • Sadly we had 2 consecutive nights of a fire alarm fault. Unfortunate. Overall not effective of the standards and service. Just a little frustrating.

Lovely property!
We had a wonderful stay at Cape Cadagon Boutique Hotel! The entire staff was A+++. The spa was lovely and the restaurant was magnificent! Breakfast was incredible and dinner was phenomenal! The staff at the restaurant were welcoming, knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. The decor of the hotel is tranquil and sophisticated. Our room was comfortable and roomy. The property is one block to Kloof St. and in a great location to go to/from all the tourist destinations you may visit.
