Directly from the metro, supermarket nearby, very tiny bathroom

Rather quiet hotel, we slept well. Soundproofing is average. We had a shower, a sink, and a toilet in the room. The room is not very welcoming or modern (the front door opens directly onto the toilet, the walls are stained or damaged). Good location, 1 minute from metro line 13, a McDonald's just in front, a bakery and a Monoprix 2 minutes away. It's a place to stay for a night close to the Stade de France. Do not expect great comfort.

Well-located hotel, metro line 13 in front, bar and restaurant, friendly reception. Room without air conditioning but with a fan. Broken curtain and toilet. Bathroom cleanliness is average. Correct price for 1 night.

Really warm welcome. Clean and practical room, quiet, facing the park. Bathroom is a bit small but sufficient. Full breakfast. Metro station right next door, very convenient.

The hotel is disorganized. No air conditioning or fan. The bed and bath linens did not look clean. The rooms smell like smoke, people were smoking in the hallway. I do not recommend at all. We arrived after check-in time and had to wait because there were no clean rooms. Terrible experience!

Unpleasant smell in the sheets, and an object clearly belonging to the previous occupant (corner on the floor) had not been removed. This suggests that the cleaning was not done carefully.
