The room was very comfortable and had several amenities such as sink, refrigerator, iron, balcony, TV. The pool had good depth, was clean, and had pleasant temperature water. The staff was very friendly at all times to address concerns and provide service.

- • The location, although close to La Marina, is uphill, which can be a bit challenging if you are not used to it.

- • That for the second time the staff gave me incorrect answers/ for example, I needed to extend my stay and a receptionist named Monica told me and confirmed to me that they did not have rooms available, when in the booking system they did have, to the point that I was able to make the reservation and it was confirmed. Literally, it seems that the reception staff handles attention or service in an unprofessional manner.
