A beautiful historic retreat where you can truly immerse yourself in Venice’s timeless charm.
We loved our stay at Ca' Bonfadini! We've got a pleasant surprise - an upgrade to a historic room, and it was absolutely gorgeous. Spent so much time enjoying the frescos, and it added so much to our experience of Venice! Also it was really great that the personnel at the hotel took great care of our luggage storage and shipping.

Great stay at a classy hotel ideally situated for us
Outstanding experience at a first-rate hotel. Very convenient to Jewish Ghetto area. Jewish Sabbath-observance friendly.

- • Service level and breakfast were below expectations. The size of the house was larger than expected, bigger than expected.
Das Bonfadini is a great and very well-managed hotel, with great staff in a perfect location.
Reception, location, room (we got an upgrade) were great. Just 2, 3 alleys away from the main tourist stream meant wonderfully quiet dinners right on the canal in front of the hotel.

- • The taxi boat ride from Tronchetto directly to the hotel was very short and therefore too expensive (100 euros); the same again from the hotel to Lido (island) for 150 euros.
Wonderful hotel, beautiful rooms and impeccable service.
Beautiful building with great attention to detail. Lovely staff. Great breakfast. Liked the bathroom products too! Convenient to take water taxi to airport, as well as do some shopping. Free welcome drink for each of us - nice touch!
