- • No staff. Broken locks on shower doors, no privacy curtains on beds. Sink in room didn’t drain for 3 days and owner has been notified and didn’t do anything. Whole place smells. Major road works outside of property so just awful.
Establishment generally good but hygiene needs to be reviewed

- • I found hairs or hair from another person at the bottom of the shower and in the kitchen sauces and other foods were expired since 2023...
A wonderful stay, and would recommend to all.
Very helpful staff, clean, comfortable, great location, first class facilities and well managed. I am disabled but didn’t mention this when booking. The manager changed my room to ground floor on arrival immediately & nothing was too much trouble. Car park round the corner, and free parking nearby.

- • The room did not have even a glass in it for the purpose of a glass of water. More information on what is and isn't in the room would have been more helpful, no TV no radio, no Kettle not even a class to have a drink of water. The sliding entry door was hard to slide. Over priced for what little we got.

Simply TOP! Room big enough, warm, bed was comfortable, everything clean, super bathroom, for a hostel 10/10! Kitchen fully equipped.

- • That there were no cooking facilities between 22-6 o'clock. There was work on the street and it was loud in the morning, but only temporarily.
