- • Dirty mattress toppers, and a lot of hair on the bedding, and not enough space for a wheelchair in the room. Open entrance doors 'around the clock' (back door was ajar)

- • Did not like that the toilet wasn't in order. Did not like that I had to pay for clean towels on day 2. and did not like the beds.
No breakfast. Little information. Had to call to get information about e.g. room number and how to find the key to the room.

As an overnight stay for a purpose, okay, location would be ideally situated. Maybe it will be something again after the renovations...

- • Renovation work in progress. Arrival after 8 pm. Initially could not find the entrance behind the high construction fence. Blocked by construction barriers and materials. Back entrance was unlocked (wedge in the door due to craftsmen). Tobacco smell in the NR house. Smell of burnt food and dirt in the stairwell. Door to the stairwell so stiff that at first thought it was locked. All a bit 'spooky' as no one was on site. Craftsmen's cables laid across the corridor overnight, tripping hazard. Room itself okay, wobbly ultralight table. Common room with potential, good furnishing concept, but not professionally maintained, everywhere randomly sorted dishes and 'donations' of food from previous visitors. Not much of a warm welcome as a guest is felt. Okay for a 'purpose overnight stay'.

- • It is not good that no one in the ad was informed that they are renovating the guesthouse. Waking up every morning at exactly 07:00 with craftsmen starting machines 1 meter from your bedroom window. Scaffolding right outside the bedroom windows was not okay either. But considering that the guesthouse clearly showed signs of renovation, we stayed throughout the stay.

- • There were some construction works around and in the accommodation. Got the impression that there would be a refrigerator in the room but there wasn't, only in the kitchen. Why have a hob with a fan and sink in the rooms but no refrigerator and no kitchen utensils? Strange. The dishwashing room in the kitchen full of unwashed dishes and the trash can overflowing. There should be a washing machine. We found one and it was unplugged in a stairwell ???
