Very nice hotel in a prime location!
Very friendly staff, very helpful. The space after the reception to have a tea or something else in peace is very nice and very relaxed. Rooms spacious and very neat. Overall impression of the hotel is top!

- • My booking for a facial massage was canceled without reason. The PA wanted to blame me for it, "I canceled it." I had to painstakingly convince him with old emails that the hotel had made a mistake. I had to painfully extract an apology from him. I was initially very cooperative, everyone makes mistakes. Even though this treatment should have been a highlight for us 1 week before my daughter's wedding, I wouldn't have made a fuss. But I found this ignorant, indifferent, and even blaming behavior insulting, annoying, and not at all in line with the style of the hotel. Very very unfortunate, everyone is always super nice. You can make mistakes, but then please own up to them!
