- • During the stay, there was loud noise in the morning from the building opposite the apartment due to scaffolding repairs
Great location. Everything was within walking distance in a short time. The rooms are spacious and offer enough storage space. The bed is comfortable.

Every appliance worked properly. The washing machine/dryer was a godsend. EXCELLENT shower and comfortable bed. Brilliant location could walk everywhere

- • The same thing with many UK establishments... you can't control your room temp. As the weather was mild during our stay, our apartment was too hot.

- • Without any Reception staff to assist it was not clear from the instructions that the code provided opened both the external street door and the room door. Also, there is more than one key pad on the external door which was confusing. Another couple were also having difficulty with the door code. This needs to be made clearer in the instructions. That said, on ringing the helpline number it was immediately picked up and I was advised how to enter. Also, there were a few minor things wrong with the property - I left a note in the room re: defective TV remote, lack of instructions for the oven, broken spotlight in the bedroom and loose kitchen tap.
