Incredible place and excellent hotel. The view of the Umbria Valley is simply amazing. The service at the hotel, in the restaurant, at breakfast, in the rooms - all 5*. Thanks to Alenka from St. Petersburg for the homely atmosphere at breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised by the guest relations. If something was not on the buffet, it was brought to us personally upon request. This will definitely make us come back here. The pool in the SPA area is very comfortable. The water is warm. Very clean.

- • The interior of the rooms speaks of German practicality and modesty. In Italy, one would expect to see a more beautiful design. We missed pull-out shelves for clothes. The mirror in the hallway was not in the most convenient place. In the bathroom, we would have liked to have more shelves. Otherwise, everything is comfortable and pleasant.

- • The hotel does not meet the standards of a 5-star quality. We stayed with the family in three different rooms of different categories. Noisy air conditioner. Plaster walls. Creaky floor. Ran out of shampoo in the shower in two days. They did not refill it. Water is only provided in the room on the first day in hot summer. For the rest of the days, you have to ask for it. Breakfast is very simple. The finishing and materials are like in 4-star Turkish hotels. Poor Wi-Fi coverage. The SPA area is at most 4 stars. Overall, the hotel is okay. But definitely not 5 stars. The room rates do not match the quality.
