We simply ignored the chaotic situation around the terrace and the restaurant

- • Overall, we found the price-performance ratio to be not appropriate. The service offered is rather limited for the price charged. Breakfast is charged separately at $32 per person, which we found to be very high. Therefore, we opted to have breakfast outside instead. It's also unfortunate the current situation around the restaurant with the beautiful view, which although not directly part of the hotel, is closely linked to the overall experience. The view would actually be really nice. During our stay, the area seemed unwelcoming, especially since the terrace was unkempt and unusable. Given the great potential of this area, a timely improvement or solution would be desirable to significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
Terrible cost-benefit ratio! They charge for what the hotel used to be, today it feels like an abandoned hotel at resort prices

Nice location, friendly helpful staff at the reception
The location is excellent! The terrace is very beautiful, sitting there and seeing the iguanas and pelicans is fantastic

- • The service for breakfast! That young girl was not trained, she didn't know how much water is needed for 2 cups. And a small piece of bread and cheese would also be nice. They start cleaning up at 8:50, even though breakfast is indicated until 9 o'clock. At 9:30, the staff is calmly having breakfast. The guest is disturbed.

- • No facilities in this hotel - it's a typical bed & breakfast. Absolutely nothing to do - no pool, no terraces, no sunbeds. Just sitting in a small room. It's a crazy price for this! We decided to cancel the reservation after seeing how bad it looked. We lost over $1000 and switched to a normal hotel with a pool and terrace. The hotel manager refused to refund even a part of our money. If you need a place to relax after many beautiful trips in Galapagos, do not book this B&B. It's definitely not a real hotel.

- • Inside the territory, there is a kind of swamp that greatly increases the number of mosquitoes. There are no vegetables at breakfast. There is a strange bar nearby where on Saturday night music played very loudly after midnight, which forced us to go and talk to the hotel administration about why they couldn't calm them down, as it greatly interfered with sleep. Nevertheless, the conflict was resolved, for which we thank the hotel.
