- • The room is old and depressing, cleanliness very doubtful. The sheets seemed clean but the strong smell of stale tobacco combined with the dilapidation of the room made me run away. Perhaps this place is suitable for undemanding people, but if you are passing through Beirut for a leisure stay, avoid it, especially since the price is the same in more pleasant hotels (it's not even about luxury but just a clean and welcoming place). I couldn't resist, I left the hotel without sleeping there and booked a room elsewhere, cheaper, clean, and comfortable. 50 dollars lost but a sweeter night gained.
