- • Unfortunately, I had to change rooms three times during my two-week stay, and none of them were comfortable. Every room had a strong smell of damp and sewage. There seems to be no proper ventilation in the bathrooms, and since the shower is closed off with a door, the smell of mold and humidity goes straight into the room. The air conditioning cannot be turned off, so the room was always cold. The windows faced the main square, and it was extremely noisy even with the windows closed. During the strikes, it was practically impossible to rest. The food was very disappointing. Even the simplest dishes were poorly made, and I honestly don't understand how basic meals can go so wrong. The service, despite the staff's efforts, is far from five-star level. For the price I paid, I expected a completely different experience. The room design is decent, but everything else was a real disappointment.
The hotel is great, everything is at the highest level, there was nothing to complain about. I recommend.
