- • Check-in is a nightmare, big screen where information is entered, the person behind sees all your information even passport/ID number Parking, huh, huh, gave the code tg06, from this should have 'realized' that the parking space is Pa106 Logical??? In the summer, insanely hot

- • We didn't know about strict policies about A/C in Innsbruck, so it was really hot, but support (Justine) was super helpful with that, we got the option of a room change or a fan. The fan solved our issue :) So Kudos to Justine for being super cool!
Apartment size, beds, kitchen accessories are nice. Location is convenient. However, there was no lift in my block of apartments. Also, the TV was not working. Rest, it is fine all in all.

An overall excellent and comfortable stay, though the window curtains could be improved for better darkness.
Everything was wonderful! The property was very clean, comfortable, and the contactless check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended.

- • The curtains on the windows are too thin. The street light passes through them at night, which prevents the room from being fully dark and can disturb sleep.
