- • Closed pool and rooftop bar, two of the property’s key attractions, for private events. Did not give any notice, apologize or make any concessions. And were downright rude to my daughter.

- • The noise from outside was very loud, the rooms were not soundproofed between them. The room was quite dark, not very cozy, and you cannot open the window in the room. The pool is smaller than it appears in the photos and there are only two sunbeds outside the pool to lie down.
The location was excellent, a short drive to Provenza and Parque Lleras. The staff was extremely attentive and courteous. The food in the restaurants was outstanding. The ambiance was nice, especially in the rooftop bar and restaurant.

- • The room we were given originally the air conditioning didn't work although we did get a free upgrade to a suite.
