The worst experience in my life

- • The worst place I have ever seen in my life, everything is bad. The description and the photos on the website are extremely deceptive and do not reflect reality at all. It is not beachfront as advertised, it is a scam in the presentation and the view is of a street far from the beach, full of garbage and bad things. The place has only two rooms with air conditioning, which is not shown on the website. The living room has a large standing fan like those in factories and stores, very annoying, you cannot sit there. The place has a very foul smell as soon as you enter from the gate. The interior is very old and scary for children, with statues and scary things like horror movies. The contents are very old and have a foul smell. Unfortunately, we could not continue in the place and left after just one day. It was the worst experience in our lives. The owner was stubborn in refunding the money I paid at this bad place, and unfortunately, Booking.com's response has not been positive in resolving this scam that happened to me.
Very friendly and helpful host, access to private beach worth a lot and the private pool is amazing for children. The property is the best choice for families

We had a wonderful stay at the villa during our honeymoon. The property was beautiful, clean, spacious, and exactly as described. Everything was well organized, and the location was perfect for a relaxing vacation. A special thanks to Ali and Moamen, who were exceptional hosts throughout our stay. They were welcoming, friendly, and always available whenever we needed assistance. Their hospitality made us feel at home and contributed greatly to our overall experience. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Our experience at the villa was truly exceptional and fully deserves five stars. The owner, Dr. Moamen, is a very respectful and helpful person, always attentive to ensuring that our stay was comfortable. But what made the holiday truly special was Ali, the villa manager in Alexandria. Ali is not just a manager, he is the soul of the place: always present, ready to respond to any request, and able to make everything easier, from the villa details to recommendations on where to eat and what to visit. He is an extraordinary person, kind, patient, and treated us as if we were part of his family. His presence turned our trip into an unforgettable experience. For this reason, we have decided to come back to vacation here again: Ali is truly Super and deserves all our gratitude. Thanks to him and Dr. Moamen for a stay we will never forget.

Excellent Host, The Pool is Great
Ali was an excellent host throughout the stay. He was supportive and provided helpful advice when needed aside from the bed sheets. Communication was clear and efficient, and the check-in process was smooth. He was definitely the highlight of the experience as many people have mentioned.

- • We did not receive bed sheets despite requesting them multiple times and being assured they would be provided. The property was also not clean upon arrival. Although a cleaner came, we had to assist her. Additionally, there is no washing machine available at the property, which was an inconvenience. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities.
Very bad
I liked the intermediary's treatment - Ali - He provided a service of the highest quality, but not from the apartment owner at all

- • - The smell of the place - The cleanliness of the place - Unexplained additional fees, why? - The owner's treatment of the intermediary, his delay in responding - I was annoyed by the availability of features including internet and beach access membership, but there was no internet. As for the beach access membership, we paid for it in advance, and there were features within the villa membership for beach access
