- • Cleaning should not be on demand because it can be forgotten to request it, the air conditioners, due to environmental and savings policy, there is no air in the lobby and it is quite deficient in the rooms.
Terrible accommodation... I would never return
Really nothing... since I arrived the attitude of the reception staff was very hostile, they had a water and coffee service for arrival but surprise, there was no coffee and when I asked, they directed me to a machine to buy it, which I have no problem with, but then remove that service if there is none or they don't provide it

- • The room does not match the photos, very different, the air conditioning had faults, the bathroom was in a terrible state of cleanliness, they do not have a minibar service in the room, I waited 20 minutes for them to fix the air, the room was hit by the afternoon sun and was like an oven, when I said I was leaving, the reception staff did not ask why or offer alternatives... terrible, not recommended at all
