I called the lovely Mahmoud and told him I couldn't find the hotel. He said, 'Don't move, I'm coming to you.' He helped us with things and pampered us. There is no service like his.

Lovely boutique hotel

Cozy hotel, attentive staff.
I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff for our wonderful stay at the hotel. This was my second stay at Bezalel. I was recognized as soon as I opened the door. Mr. Mahmud Hamdan - desk manager offered me a perfect cup of affogato. The room was ready even ahead of time and a pleasant sweet welcome pack was arranged in the room. The bed was fresh and perfect; the beds can be separated to make two beds. There was a coffee machine and two bottles of water in the room. The breakfast was delicious. At breakfast in addition to bread, pastries, omelets, shakshuka, fruit, vegetables, and fresh juices, you will find excellent cheeses and cured salmon. You will also be offered a choice of coffees. Happy hours from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. - variety of loose-leaf tea, coffee, chopped vegetables to go with excellent wine, light snacks. The hotel is ideally located - transportation to all directions, the Mahane Yehuda market is just a few steps away, Jaffa Street is also very close. The charming Bezalel café, Menza, and Mona—great for dinner—are also just a few hundred meters away. This time I took a tour to the National Library and the newly opened 'ancient Pilgrim's road' in the City of David. It was easy for me to get there from the hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly and polite, They will always offer advice on optimizing routes around Jerusalem. Special thanks to Mahmud, Ayala, and one more guy, thank you too. And a quick note for Mr. Mahmud and Miss Ayala: on my fourth attempt, I finally made it to that Sataf café in the mountains—it’s a beautiful spot with amazing pastries. Definitely worth a visit. Thanks to the management of Atlas hotels for your ability to create a relaxing atmosphere - the infrastructure and the choice of staff. I definitely will choose this hotel for my next stay.

Ideal location, welcoming staff, and a comfortable night's rest
Location outstanding. Super comfortable beds. Friendly staff - often did exceptionally nice things for us. The blackout curtains made the room very dark. Breakfast was not a super large variety like some in Tel Aviv but what was there was quality especially the hot dishes, the dates, the loose tea, and local honey. Good water pressure in the shower. Bathroom water can be very hot if desired. Adjustable AC made the room very cold

- • It doesn’t have a Jewish vibe although I very much appreciate the mezuzah on the door, candles, and wine for Shabbat evening - thank you. It does not have an ice machine accessible to guests. Not enough drawer closet space.
