- • The room was dirty (hair in the bathroom, bathtubs with black marks, dust everywhere). I do not recommend the hotel at all. The price compared to the services is way too high. The heating in the room smelled burnt when we turned it on, as a result, I was cold all night.

- • The breakfast was disappointing to me, especially for Europeans who are used to something different, there is bread, yogurt, some muesli and such, cornflakes and jugs of milk, a machine where you can pour your own juices, a bread toaster but also that it is Canadian or American to eat baked beans in the morning or the only meat you can put on your bread is a hamburger. Coffee for breakfast you have to get from the machine opposite the reception, which is much tastier than the machine in the breakfast room.

- • A long way out of the Halifax/Dartmouth area. Ideally best if traveling with a car. No eating places anywhere near so without transport you are stuck at the hotel where food is average. Breakfast was included but very basic and not great quality at all!
