- • Horrible racist staff. They treat indians and white people differently. For example, i ordered a beer and pizza, and was still not allowed to drink my personal whiskey on hotel porch towards sea. I needed a bottle opener, after I bought 5 overpriced beers from restaurant, restaurant people were treating as if I am gonna steal there cheap opener if i took to my room. Every time you order food, the service guy demand 30 CEDI separately without bill, else no service in room. I wanted to watch a football match which was not of Ghana team, so they moved beer and food and everything to an empty conference room, away from restaurant ambience, as they believe an Indian will spoil the ambience if he watches football in one of the restaurant TV. My suggestion would be, if you are Indian or Chinese, avoid this place if you do not want to get insulted. Others can go if they want to put their money on fire. Because it doesn't matter how much you spend in property, the horrible racism won't go from them.
There are worse things in Ghana
Very friendly reception, large lobby, beautiful bar and lounge. Large rooms, clean bed linen, extensive breakfast buffet.

- • Unfriendly and arrogant men at the bar. Not very inspiring hotel complex right on the beach, the interior is still clean, but if you look over the wall, it gets disgusting. The rooms are ok, but in detail very run-down, door locks broken, fittings in the bathroom dirty and partly broken.
If you want rest and good sleep - do not stay here

- • Loud music: 4 out of 5 days it felt that my room was inside a night club! It was exhausting. Live music can be nice but so loud and with poor speakers it was impossible to have a good meal or chill by the pool. We had escape the hotel just to get some peace and quiet time.
The location overlooking the sea, the pool, which could be swum diagonally well in the morning before the day guests arrive

Best Western Plus Hotel review
The service was okay and everything else but the challenge l had most was problems with the wifi. The wifi connectivity was poor and if you would kindly work on improving the internet wifi connection then it would be great.But otherwise the rooms were clean neat and fresh the stuff were friendly as well l really enjoyed my stay Thank you ☺️
