👎 Disliked
- • Sauna in the room didn't work (never reached usable temperature). Extremely small fridge that wouldn't even fit a half-liter bottle. Some staff members at the reception were completely clueless about public transport in Kiruna, however others were very helpful.
Good value for money, perfect breakfast

Great!
Very nice and accommodating staff. We had booked a room with a double bed but wanted to switch to a room with two single beds. It was resolved very smoothly and well.

👎 Disliked
- • The family room with a double bed was not very comfortable. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. A lamp was loose on one side of the bed. A bit worn in the older part but very nice in the newer part.
Large nice rooms. Good beds
