- • Despite agreement with housekeeping, the reception charged 30 euros for late check-out per hour. In response to my complaint, the front of house manager reacted very unfriendly and unprofessionally.

- • I found the air conditioning a bit tricky and although it had a spa area, I missed a steam room and jacuzzi but these are minor complaints as I generally loved the hotel and would happily stay again
