Relaxing oasis
Peaceful garden that feels like paradise. The Deluxe room is really spacious. The hosts are great and very welcoming. The stay hits way above its price range. The Koi pond with decade old specimens is a bonus. There is a temple on the street at the end of the garden, where you can hear gamelan being performed, if you stay during celebrations.

As a homestay, all the family members were kind and friendly. They greeted me every time we met, which made me very happy. There is no refrigerator or hanger in the room, but they can lend them to you. The garden is full of greenery and very lovely, despite being conveniently located, it is very quiet.

Attention! There is active construction near the room! At least for 6 months
I was here in February, I liked this house. It was calm and cozy. BUT. When I arrived in May, it turned out that construction of a new homestay had started right next door. The construction starts at 8 in the morning. Attention, travelers! At 8 in the morning, builders will be hammering and sawing concrete next to your room. Keep this in mind.

- • The young owner of this house refused to refund me when I wanted to cancel the accommodation due to the construction near my room. Although his father said the money would be returned. The young owner was angry at my decision and impolite. He said I do not respect the Balinese. He is wrong. I have been living in Bali for 4 years and have great respect for the locals, who are always kind and hospitable to me. I believe that this young owner of the house does not respect his guests, as he cannot agree with his neighbors to start the construction at least at 10 in the morning. I came to Ubud for the weekend to relax, so I rented a room from him. Not to wake up at 8 in the morning from the noise of construction and leave feeling unwell.
The room is spacious, clean and has lots of furniture, a beautiful garden, very quiet at night for a good rest, and within walking distance to the busy streets. WiFi is good.

- • The room did not have any shampoo or even hand wash. The bathroom tub used to get clogged.
Excellent location. Very large room. Beautiful garden. Very nice owner. Very quiet, also close to the center. Old furniture and bathroom. The shower is very strong and good. Hot water comes immediately.

- • Shower head not working and there is some noise of animals at night on some days, especially rainy days.
