A very quiet hostel, clean and the staff very friendly. There is even a kitchen and a TV room that you can use freely!

Good
The location is perfect, close to San Pedro market. There are lockers in case you go trekking like in our case. 24-hour reception, some of them very friendly.

To AVOID bed bugs
To AVOID bed bugs

- • It was a huge scam, I had booked a room for 3 (which is more expensive than a room for 4) and a 4th person slept with us, plus we left in a hurry the first night because besides being the dampest room I have ever seen (the duvets were still almost wet and the unbearable smell of not being properly dried), we are almost certain there were bed bugs. Mainly due to small blood stains on the sheets resembling those of bed bugs. We finally left on the first night out of 3. I came back to ask for a refund for at least the next 2 nights, the person at the reception was of an insulting condescension and made it clear that I would get nothing and implicitly made us understand that we were huge liars about the bed bugs (note that other people have already posted a similar review a few months ago). In the end, I was only refunded 50% of the first night due to the 4th person present, which is scandalous. Really avoid it as much as possible, even if all this hadn't happened, the place is dirty and very damp.
