- • The AC didn't cool enough - Some water leak in the bathroom (Shower) - One day we had to request the bath towels because the housekeeping forgot them

Nice quiet hotel with a nice pool.
The hotel is an oasis of tranquility and close to nearby restaurants, bars, and historic sections of Palermo. Our room was clean and nicely furnished. We loved the pool area - it was a great place to relax after touring the city. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Wonderful refuge with a pool, close to the city.
Beautiful place, a green oasis behind historic walls. Somewhat central for dinner and exploring the city on foot. Breakfast like in paradise (see photos). Pool okay.

- • Our superior room on the first floor was somewhat noisy because all conversations and sounds from the reception and entrance echo upstairs. The doors of the rooms on the first floor should be soundproofed. Because the first guest who leaves in the morning wakes everyone in the rooms on the first floor.
