Potentially very beautiful structure. Convenient breakfast time until 11 and check out until 12. We reported some malfunctions in the room on the first day (moldy and rusty shower head, water leakage from a faucet, lack of TV channel reception): the water leakage was fixed on the fifth day of stay, the shower head was cleaned from mold (for the rust, it will need to be replaced). For the inconvenience, we were offered a complimentary meal.

- • Lack of maintenance: tables and chairs in the garden are unusable because they are visibly rusty, the room needs maintenance and renovation (rusty shower head and presence of mold, old plumbing, worn faux leather armchairs). Lack of 5-star services: no usable common areas (e.g., bar or recreational areas), the only one available is the unserviced pool. There is no bar or bistro service on the property. Room service should cover the same lunch (12-14) and dinner (19:30-21:30) time slots according to some instructions, while according to others from 6 am to 1 am. There is no covered parking. There is no shuttle service to the town, which is difficult to reach on foot. We did not understand if there is actually a gym, which was listed among the services at the time of booking: we received two conflicting answers when we asked, however, we did not see it anywhere. The jacuzzi is not in the common areas, so if it is not in the room, it is not a usable service. In general, information on services and usage methods is not always consistent.
It was a very nice facility, but it had fallen from four stars. They inquired about turndown service, but it never occurred.

- • Details were missed, such as a non-working faucet on one of the sinks. Couldn't re-enter the property in the evening because the light by the gate call button was burned out.
Very charming place, very pleasant and accommodating staff, good restaurant with a magnificent wine list.

Overall, a good quiet stay, very good restaurant. Breakfast, in my opinion, very limited, needs improvement.

- • The quality of the dishes at the restaurant. Cuisine from another era. Too many different flavors on the plate. A pity because Provencal cuisine is so "simple" and good.
Loved the hotel, loved the food, although a better explanation of the menu would have been good.
