Very good and centrally located accommodation with a slightly high price
We really liked the size of the apartment and the location. All bedrooms as well as the living-dining room with dining table were spacious for 5 people. A big plus were the 3 bathrooms plus washing machine and dryer. Everything was to the fullest satisfaction. The hot tub on the roof of the building was extra good, which we always had to ourselves. This was certainly also due to the location on the parking deck!

- • I see room for improvement in the service and personnel area. The Wifi in the apartment did not work throughout the entire stay. Even after addressing it twice at the reception, it was not fixed! Unfortunately, the receptionist did not know the answers to all questions regarding the facilities and parking. She offered us a late check-out, which was not known on the day of departure!!!! The price-performance ratio was clearly too high. It was the most expensive accommodation on the entire trip. Comparable facilities cost about 300-400 CAN $ per night less!

Amazing hotel, amazing location, very friendly staff, check-in made easy, no card or keys all digital, love that. Loved our stay here. Would definitely stay here again.

- • No on-site parking as expected in Banff but it was easy to find street parking, having to press the key code 3 times every time was a bit annoying but not undoable.
