Price/performance is good... the Barceló is recommendable
Beds, pillows, lounge area and all sports facilities, pool area including hairdresser and nail studio.

- • Rooms inside are very noisy, room doors were not tight, breakfast was a disaster with the staff, no organization, room numbers were asked for too often by the staff, a 'checklist' had to be filled out, different breakfast categories made everything even more complicated (continental, oriental and/or complete breakfast) and all in one large room, unfortunately, not only we lost track... in our opinion, it would be advisable to have staff with a little knowledge of English...

I was in the Club Area, I find the American breakfast they offer on the 7th Floor very good. The reception, the lobby, the restaurant and the bar with excellent service

- • The TV remote control worked when it wanted to, it took a lot of insistence to turn it on and off. On the last day of my stay, I didn't have hot water and they couldn't fix it, I had to shower with cold water. I was on the 8th floor and I think the room looks a bit old. The amenities they put in the room do not include body lotion; it is the first time that in a hotel of that category they ask me to request it. My room was never cleaned by the maid during the stay... well, there are simple details that can be solved with a little more attention.
