Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Service, cleanliness, and amenities fully met our expectations - there is really nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, the positive overall impression was somewhat clouded by the noise in the bedroom. Although there was a football game during our stay, which led to increased noise, we also noticed independently of that, that the windows are very leaky. As a result, external noises were clearly audible, which noticeably affected the sleeping comfort. With better insulated windows, the stay would have been almost perfect.

A great stay in a first class beautiful and welcoming hotel in the best possible location in Funchal
Breakfast was very good and very nicely located. The selection of food was very good and also the coffee.

- • The room could have been cleaner when we arrived and the carpet outside the room was not vacuumed very often so it wasn't clean either but other than that we were very happy
