The view from our room was superb. The staff were absolutely lovely. Highlights were the rooftop bar and plunge pool in the room. I definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Shanghai. Beautiful.

Luxurious resort atmosphere in a convenient location
The location was amazing. Most major sightseeing or tourist areas were a short walk or subway ride from the hotel, and there was a ferry station to cross the river about a minute's walk from the hotel. The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and luxurious, with good incorporation of nature elements into the space. The rooms were bright and comfortable, with a great view of the river. The large soaker bathtub is bigger than the pictures suggest and comfortably holds two people, and the bathroom space is large and convenient. The service was incredible and the staff were accommodating, and I was very happy with my time there.

- • There was a slight soft spot in the floor near the bathroom in the hotel room. It wasn't a big deal, but it was a small distraction

- • The staff in the Chinese restaurant absolutely rude !! I asked them if I could have table they nodded to say no and then spoke to another colleague and laughed very rude and made me uncomfortable where I didn’t even end up eating there
