Good for budget stay.

I stayed to participate in a marathon event. It's a small family-owned hotel. The bathroom was a bit small but acceptable with basic amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well-maintained and clean. Located in an area with many local restaurants and shops but not too noisy.

everything is all good. very clean and quiet. good WIFI and cool air-conditioner. The owner was very kind even though he can't speak English, but if you explain what you want very slowly, he can understand. You can go to the local market near the hotel. It's a 15-minute walk to Khao San Road, not too far.

Good location hotel, close to the Royal Grounds, can walk there in 15 minutes

I stayed in the middle of last month. The hotel's location is easy to find, walk into the first alley on the right in Silp Alley, next to the second house after the second wooden house. Convenient transportation, many restaurants and a 7/11 nearby. The hotel is actually over 50 years old, as it was renovated from a residential house to a hotel. When renovated, it looks beautiful and has a good classic vibe. It's a pity that the room doesn't have a wardrobe (only a clothes hanger) and a hairdryer. Otherwise, it's all good. The pillows and bed are not too soft or too hard, just right. It's comfortable to sleep (no strange incidents occurred). The water pressure is good. Since there weren't many guests during my stay, it was quiet at night, not noisy or loud. The staff, both at the reception and the housekeepers, are lovely, caring, and helpful. They fix any issues in the room immediately. They also recommend restaurants, places to visit, and even offer a late check-out. Thank you very much. P.S. There are two cute cats around the accommodation, very adorable, playful, and love sunbathing. Thank you very much, hope to have the opportunity to stay again next time :)

Great budget guest house on a quiet alley

This small guest house is located on a quiet alley off a typical bustling Thai street near City Hall. It's a colorful local area with many restaurants, near Democracy Monument and Khao San Road. You can experience local life and walk to sites such as the Golden Mount and Giant Swing. I think this is the best part of Bangkok to stay in. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and newly renovated. There's free coffee in the small lobby. To me, it's better than most places in the area.

Excellent location! Friendly staff! Clean and easy with everything fully functional. Highly recommend.

Near Khao San

It's located in a slightly inconvenient area for transportation. There's a convenience store nearby, so that's convenient. There's heavy traffic until you get out to the city, so I don't recommend taking a taxi.

Good for the amount paid

The hotel is in a somewhat isolated area but still a 1-minute walk from the main road. The lady at the reception is helpful, but her English is limited. We were quite satisfied with the room, except that during the 3 days, we did not receive any cleaning or new towels. Usually, hotels include room cleaning, and sometimes the smell of smoke would enter the room from the adjacent balcony.

Hotel's location is good BUT room cleaning service is THE WORST. They do not change the pillow/bed cover every day. (In my case, they did not clean my room for 2 days. The staff said that their cleaning staff had a day off... what the..-_-) Plus, you can hear every single sound from the next rooms.

Loved it!

Amazing quiet family hotel in a superb location. Close to everything. Can walk to Wat Pho, the Palace, and Pub Street. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. Will definitely go back. Taxi arranged to the airport for $10. Wi-Fi works super fast.
