Wonderful. Excellent staff. Recommended.
The staff's attention was excellent. Carolina, Denise, and Nadia took excellent care of us. They were very kind and friendly. They helped us get the tour to Ihla do Campeche and Nadia got us last-minute tickets to Beto Carrero World, just minutes before their workday ended. The breakfast was good, well-stocked. It included a Jacuzzi and a game room with ping pong, pool, and table football. It also includes free and fast Wi-Fi. It also has covered parking. We went in September. We saw lemurs while having breakfast.

- • The pillows on the beds were a bit uncomfortable. The view from the balcony we were given left something to be desired. If they had given us one higher up or more towards the center of the property, it would have been ideal.

- • Everything dirty, dirty blankets, dirty room, dirty bathroom, cold shower, air conditioning didn't work, in short, horrible! I do not recommend it to anyone!

- • It was low season and there was renovation in the apartment next to mine, and my baby couldn't sleep during the day because of the drilling. There were many other options but they didn't change our room. On the first day, they served breakfast in the room. On the second day, we waited but the breakfast didn't come. We inquired and they said it was being served in the restaurant.
