- • We had been in Bali for 10 days, staying in villas and home stays. Decided to treat ourselves to a retreat for the last two days before we flew home. We were placed at the back of the retreat right next to the busy road. We asked to be moved but were told that there were no rooms left, although another guest complained also about the noise and was promptly given keys to a better one whilst I was standing there. We were told that we could move in the morning when a room became available, at no time did reception staff contact us re availability. Will only use villas and home stays in the future. They are better priced and offer personal service.
Perfect breakfast, beautiful room, garden environment, top pool, only small regret the beach beautiful plastic.

- • The main pool area where people reserved lounges with towels but were not at the pool for hours. By 9 am every chair had a towel with only 10 people actually at the pool. Should not be allowed
