Overall it is a good stay! I would recommend it to visitors going through Puerto Princesa.
The hotel has a special charm in its decorations and ambiance. The room is rather spacious and well maintained. All staff are so helpful and kind.

- • Room too dark, no space for our clothes to be unpacked, no closets, old beds
It felt like our home away from home.
The family room was very spacious and clean. I liked that they have two shower cubicles and placed the toilet at the opposite side, and two lavatories with a huge mirror. Perfect for a family like ours. They provided free breakfast in their café, with generous servings.

- • Probably just the lighting. Needs more brightness in the common areas just outside the rooms.

- • Room without windows. Very noisy air conditioning. Terrible breakfast. 80 euros for a 4-star that should be a 2-star. Terrible location, nothing is reachable on foot.

- • No windows, feels like being in a basement of a house, noisy air conditioning, basic bedding. Additionally, I booked an extra night, and at the time of payment, I find out that they are charging me more for the room than on booking.com, which is not normal, so I do not recommend the hotel.
Staff was very helpful. Good location. They offer the best massage.
