- • No air conditioning in the summer days, cleanliness was not as expected. Mold in the shower, shampoo was missing
Zurich was nice, hotel was good except these few disappointment moments
SPA was excellent, but it was not a hotel's facility. You have to pay separately for the SPA. Hotel's lobby was beautiful, breakfast was very good, location was good - 20 min walking to the center but there is a tram line, which takes you to the center in 10 min.

- • 1. The view from the room was to Zurich city but with the big metallic bars, so it was hard to see anything. 2. Since the SPA was a separate unit from the hotel you need to take the towel from the hotel when you use the SPA. Hotel staff did not tell us this so we had to rent towels from the SPA. Although they can charge you for the towels through the system on the hotel rooms bill.

- • There was a hanging light right next to the bed that I kept hitting my head on. The light in the cupboard flickered whenever
