Fantastic experience from start to finish
The room was absolutely perfect and ideally located in Palermo, close to all the action while still feeling comfortable and welcoming. My only regret is that I stayed for just one night. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked flawlessly, making the stay even more enjoyable. There are two shared bathrooms - one for women and one for men - but I rarely saw anyone else using them, so they felt almost private. The complimentary coffee available on-site was an excellent bonus. Beyond the apartment itself, Marco was an outstanding host. He is incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, which made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

It is a fantastic base for visiting Palermo. Also, if you want some rest between your activities. Marco is helpful. He likes to chat and takes the time to show you around. Also the special places in Palermo.

Highly recommend, also for solo travelers
I highly recommend this place. It has a great location and the price-value is outstanding. On top of that, the host is really friendly and helpful if you have any questions.

- • The facilities, old, ugly, worn out, uncomfortable. Many level differences.
A good time in Palermo
The location is very convenient, central and close to the train station, yet quiet. I slept very well. Marco is an attentive host, picked me up from the main train station and gave me many tips. Palermo is a great city with great people.

- • The locks on all doors were difficult to operate. Without Marco's help, I wouldn't have been able to get in at night.
Great location for anyone who wants to be in the center of the action. The train to the airport is only 5-7 minutes away from the accommodation. Marko is a good host who will guide you on the easiest way to get to the location you want to visit.
