Wonderful holiday, beautiful and quiet place, kind and professional staff, excellent breakfast
Perfect location for those who want to stay calm, surrounded by nature but close enough to all the attractions of Conero. Amazing, kind, and professional staff. Clean, spacious, quiet rooms equipped with every comfort (including air conditioning). Excellent breakfast. In short, everything perfect.

What to say? Let's start with the structure that, immersed in the Marche hills among sunflower fields and beet fields, is easily accessible and a short distance from various points of interest. There is the possibility to use a really beautiful infinity pool. The breakfast is very varied (sweet and savory) and in the summer, in addition to the many choices available, there are also excellent figs picked from the trees in the garden. The structure is well-kept and extremely clean. The room has various comforts (air conditioning, mosquito nets, minibar, slippers, soaps, shoe horns, pool towels, and so on) and is tidied up daily. Overall, it is all well above the expectations of any other B&B. All this is made possible by Carlo who, together with his parents, manages everything excellently. He is kind, caring, attentive, and helpful. The care he puts into every detail is profound, and he is always ready to help and give you suggestions. Staying here is the ideal way to break away from the routine and noise of the city, relax deeply, see beautiful places nearby, and also eat well. Everything was great. The place was even more beautiful than in the photos. We really enjoyed it and have already recommended it to our friends! Figs from the hosts' garden were delicious; children were delighted!
