- • Every time we went in and out with the car in the parking lot, we had to call (via intercom) the reception.

- • We were on the 6th floor and there was a balcony, but the door could not be properly closed for safety reasons. We couldn't leave the room because it was easy to open from the outside. We just informed the reception but nothing changed.

Excellent breakfast and the location depends on where you needed to go; we chose it primarily because it is close to San Siro, which was our main goal in coming to Milan.
