I recommend 200% - superb B&B avenue Deschanel
Everything was perfect, the kindness of the hosts and the beautiful place. The house is very pretty and you feel good there. The room is bright, clean, and very pretty. Access to the city center is quick (2 minutes for the bus and 10 minutes for the tram). The neighborhood is very beautiful, with art nouveau and deco buildings + the splendid park, a green oasis in the city center. The breakfast is excellent, and the breakfast room is magnificent. Possibility of parking is a real plus for the city center. If I had to come back to Brussels, I would stay at BB avenue Deschanel. I recommend everyone to come to this place. Very nice large room. Bus stop right outside the door. 2 restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Good breakfast. Garage available on request

The space, cleanliness, equipped kitchen, attention to detail down to the ice cubes! Various attentions (coffee, chocolates...), the comfort of the bedding, the space, the decoration, the autonomy, the availability of the hosts, etc.

A magnificent place!!
If we return to Brussels, without a doubt we will stay there. It is absolutely recommendable. The best part is the owners, they have been tremendously kind, helpful, and cordial. Fantastic breakfasts. The room is magnificent. There is no downside.
