- • We booked the best room level more than 3 months in advance and were placed on a lower floor. In addition, the prices at the bar and restaurant are excessive and there are no options.

Easy access to town and dive shops. The views and sunsets are better than Santorini Greece without the thousands of people.

- • Maybe remove the Bougainvillea that lines the glass fence on the 11th Lobby. Can't see the fabulous views when sitting. That view is magnificent and should be seen.

The service is superb. special mention to Charles at the front desk and Sales at the restaurant, and Max at the water activity. overall all the staff are well trained, they provide professional services with a smile always.

Incredible lobby with the best view of the island. Great pool and private island with boat service. Super friendly staff and very nice hotel and gardens.

- • High prices for drinks and coffee. On the evening cruise, drinks (Coke) had to be paid for separately even though the excursion was very expensive. Wanted to book the tour/fishing and it was not available for 3 days, was very disappointed. Sometimes children are very loud at the pool.
