The room was lovely, with complimentary coffee and my own private little shower. Most of what I wanted to see was within easy walking distance.

- • First of all, the wifi was atrocious. I had to sit on the floor by my door to get any connection, and even that dropped out every 5 minutes. They offered me another room, which I appreciated, but I was in a rush and short on time, so I just dealt with it. But SAY NO if they offer you the top floor! Refuse it! The walls were paper thin, so I could hear the couple's every word next door, which was just them complaining about the wifi all evening. The check-in process felt very sketchy to me. They made me enter my bank details on an online platform, which I wasn't comfortable with. The check-in time is unusually late, and the check-out time is unusually early. It's the cheapest place I could find in Cardiff, but still really expensive for what you get.

Perfect location, clean, peaceful and comfortable.
Perfect location by the side of the river, few minutes away from Cardiff Castle, town centre, shops, restaurants. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room is clean with nice fresh bedlinen. Had a pleasant stay.
