Pleasant stay with sea view
The hotel's location is ideal and our suite with sea view was magnificent. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, with a wide choice to satisfy all tastes. The staff is particularly pleasant, friendly, attentive, and always attentive to the customers. It is a very nice establishment, perfectly located and offering all the comfort and necessary services to make the stay most enjoyable. The attention given to customers is a real asset. We will come back with great pleasure.

The hotel advertises as a 5-star but I did not see the 5 stars as its condition requires maintenance asap.

- • - The food was poor whether it was the room service, the Alizé restaurant, or the very limited, bland, and non-quality breakfast. - Regarding the pool, it is also bland and leaves something to be desired, absence of staff on site... - A burger ordered during room service where it was announced 'burger with guacamole', in the end, I end up with a burger with a few avocado slices - In terms of housekeeping, the duvet was dirty and the cleaning was really poor (the cleaning the day after the stay was of no added value (bathtub not cleaned, no water bottle, the floor had the same traces found on the first day, the shower gel bottle was empty) - a lot of noise on the day of our departure, I think it was the housekeeping on the upper floor - No coffee maker in the room

- • My room was not cleaned, neither the floor nor the bathroom. They only came to make the bed and change the towels. The breakfast was not varied and not of high quality for a 5-star.
Excellent.
The location (15 minutes walk from the center) and it is in front of the sea. The staff was also one of the best in the hotel, all very friendly and make your stay a much better experience. The restaurant meals are also quite good.

- • There are small details: like the quality of the toilet paper in the room, they do not change the towels every day, the door keys (cards) did not work... but despite this, I would stay there again because the staff treatment is great (receptionists, waiters, cleaning) and also the hotel is very nice.
