- • 淋浴間間數較少，淋浴間排水不良會積水。廁所男女共用，有時沒那麼乾淨。
L’accueil, la gentillesse et la bonté des hôtes sont un gros plus! On nous a recommandé pleins d’endroits très intéressants à visiter aux alentours et on a même eu l’opportunité de gouter à un dessert allemand préparé par l’hôte. Nous avons eu un petit pépin mécanique, ce qui nous a empêché de faire notre check-out dans les temps prévus. Les hôtes ont été très accommodants et compréhensifs. Nous avons été accueilli à l’intérieur d’une grande famille et nous en gardons que de bons souvenirs. Gros plus pour le déjeuner gratuit!

An impressive and vibrant backpacker hostel with a warm and genuinely heartfelt welcome. The hosts go above and beyond to make every guest feel comfortable and truly at home—they are simply wonderful. The location is fantastic, right by the harbor and the sea, and just a short walk from the ferry.

- • In our 6 months of travelling this is the only place we’ve turned up to and immediately left. We have been budget backpacking and stayed in some pretty questionable places. Room smelled of smoke, only 3 unisex bathrooms for entire hostel at other side of building. Stains on bedding. Window above door with no curtain or blind. The property mentions being eclectic and full of personality (read: cluttered and unclean). Would urge anyone booking to read the numerous Google reviews about bed bugs & fleas (even 5* ones mention fleas!) and to also notice how the property replies to poor reviews. Be aware the only parking is 60 min street parking outside the property (we thought there was free off-street parking as advertised but that’s not the case).

The staff were so welcoming, the property was lovely and clean and very cozy with the fireplace. It’s in a great location too. If I pass back through Picton I would not hesitate to come back. Thankyou :)
