Nice view and helpful staff
We stayed on the 23 floor. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was outdated. One leg on bed was broken. Bed mattress was uncomfortable. Privacy door would not work. Drapes looked to be dry rotted with holes and tears in them. Not enough outlets for phones to charge. TV was very small and could not see well when on the couch. Kitchen was nice and clean, but rest of room seemed like a motel 6. Very disappointed in condition of bedroom for the price. View was great of the beach though

First of all, the location is great, just steps away from the beach, and from the balcony, you can see the perfect curve of Waikiki Beach. Secondly, the room is well-equipped, and the service attitude is also very good.

Hotel Worth Staying At!!!
The staff were all friendly and professional. The rooms were extremely clean. The hotel gave a homely feel, home away from home. Overall great environment. Highly recommend to all travelers.

Experience depends upon location in resort tower.
Some rooms have been completely remodeled and are absolutely amazing. Other parts of the suites can use some updating. One elevator was out during our 4 night stay creating some wait times during peak usage. Hint- if you want ocean views, get above the 7th floor. It will hopefully also be a bit quieter as the noise from the street and pool area was a bit much early in the morning and late at night.
