The room was in a good condition, extremely well equipped for an apartment hotel, very well cleaned every day. Two bedrooms with their own large bathrooms, a lot of space in the living section with the kitchen area. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfasts with a good selection of dishes, both Asian and European kitchens covered. The location is great as well, the room had a superb panoramic view of the city, and there's a shopping mall with a food court in the building. This was really the stay I enjoyed the most compared to other hotels I visited so far.

- • So this was an odd one and never happened with any other hotel. When I checked in, the hotel pre-authorized a charge on my card according to the price of the room plus a security deposit. So far so good, pretty much expected. What wasn't expected though was that when I checked out the hotel charged my card once again for the price of the room only BUT didn't cancel the initial charge that remained on hold. Effectively I've been charged twice for the room plus the security deposit and my balance was missing that amount for more than a week after I checked out, all the way till the bank canceled the initial transaction after holding it for 14 days. Keep this in mind as it means you have to add double the booking price to your budget. For my 8 night stay with my family it was a substantial amount and caused some frustration while I tried to work out what was going on with my bank.

- • Обслуживание в отеле отвратительное. При бронирование я указала ранний заезд. По факту мы приехали в указанное утреннее время 7:00 утра. На ресепшен нас зарезервировала специалист отела и сказала, что заселение по 14:00. Я объяснила, что указывала ранний заезд при бронировании, она проверила и дала нам ключи от номера. При этом взяла с нас 500 юаней залог, что не было указано при условиях бронирования. Очень странно для пяти звездочного отеля брать залог, за что не понятно?! Специалист ресепшен извинилась и сказала, что мы можем сходить на завтрак. Мы поднялись в номер, оставили чемоданы и спустились на завтрак. При входе на завтрак нас записали, пропустили. Мы сели за стол, подошла дама этой столовой и сказала, что мы можем завтракать с завтрашнего дня. У китайцев культ еды и они ни когда не обделяют едой, а тут ……. В этом отеле мы жили 2 суток. Номер убирали плохо. Пол липкий. Мебель обшарпана. На завтраках проблема, постоянно всё пустое. Ощущение, что объедки подают, что осталось то и ешь

- • Please make sure you improve the cleanliness (more attention to detail is definitely required) and improve the way you maintain the facilities. Consistent bad use from tenants make the facilities look older than they are.

- • 設備(とくにプール)が古い感じが否めない。掃除に関しては隅々までとはいかない。そこが残念。 キッチンに調味料がない。 スタッフの仕事ぶりはとても良いが英語が通じないのでアプリ必須。 もう少し安くてもいいのでは？と思う。
