Perfect
Location, structure, and customer service. I would like to recognize Ana (Messenger), Joao (Reception), Carlos (cars), Rubia (restaurant), and Moises who welcomed us on the first day. They made our stay even better!

Great Staff, Nice Location but room for improvement.
I liked the location as it was close to the beach and the staff in the restaurant as they were super friendly and so helpful. We can't speak Portuguese and they couldn't speak English, but they really made sure we understood all that was available in the restaurant.

- • We were not given the suite with a courtyard view we had reserved in the booking and arrived to find a room on the side with no view. We were then told there were no other rooms available but after some discussion, we were given the correct room. Also, the towels for the pool were collected from reception on the 3rd floor and the pool was on the 1st floor. We went to collect towels but reception was busy checking guests out so we ended up using our own towels as there was a long wait. The soap dispenser in the bathroom did not work.
